WELCOME BACK TO THE BISTRO
After a prolonged period of closure due to Covid-19 restrictions and more recent recruitment challenges, we are delighted to let you know that Easterbrook Bistro, Bar & Spa will be opening again from Thursday 28 October 2021. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Bistro and thank you for your patience.
DINING IN THE BISTRO (Wed-Sun)
Initially we will be open 5 days a week on a Wednesday through to Sunday from 9.30am to 4pm.
- Early Bird Menu: 9.30am to 4pm
- Cakes, Scones & Refreshments: 9.30am to 4pm
- Light Bites, Lunches & Children’s Menu: 12noon to 4pm
- Crichton Afternoon Tea: 2pm to 4pm
FESTIVE LUNCHES: 1-19 DECEMBER (Wed-Sun)
Our Festive Lunches will be available on a Wednesday to Sunday to 1st to 19th December

SWIMMING POOL: 5 days a week from 28 October (Wed-Sun)
Great news for our members, who have waited a long time for a swim! The pool will be open 5 days a week from Thursday 28th October on a Wednesday through to Sunday from 8am to 5pm.
- Pre-booking essential. Open to members only on a Monthly pay as you swim basis.
- We regret that we are not able to accept new members at this time.
